Our Response Times
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, though our current average response time is just 4-6 hours, and often even sooner. Our ultimate goal is to return to near-instant response times so you can get the support you need without delay.
Helpful Tips for a Faster Response
Oldest First Policy: We answer support requests in the order they are received. If you send a follow-up message before we’ve had a chance to respond to your initial request, your ticket will move to the back of the queue. We know waiting can be frustrating—especially when you're in need of medication or preparing for travel—but rest assured, we will get to your request as quickly as possible.
Dedicated Support 7 Days a Week: Our team is available Monday–Friday from 7AM to 6 PM (EST), with shortened hours on weekends depending on demands. We often extend our hours and even provide support on holidays to ensure you receive timely assistance.
