Angel has always been driven by a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. From an early age, she was known for being an attentive listener—offering unwavering support and comfort without judgment. Her passion for understanding the mind-body connection led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with the initial goal of becoming a psychiatrist. However, her journey led her to nursing, where she discovered her true calling: caring for others on both a physical and emotional level.
Angel began her career as a Trauma ICU nurse, where she witnessed firsthand how physical health challenges often intertwined with mental and emotional struggles. While she found fulfillment in critical care, she realized that true healing goes beyond treating symptoms—it requires a holistic approach that nurtures both the mind and body.
Determined to bridge the gap between weight loss, wellness, and mental health, Angel founded "I Love Me Wellness and Weightloss", to help individuals reclaim their well-being. She understands that weight, self-image, and emotional health are deeply connected, and that sustainable health is not just about numbers on a scale—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and mentally resilient.
Through personalized care, expert guidance, and a compassionate approach, Angel empowers her clients to break free from cycles of stress, emotional eating, and self-doubt. By addressing the psychological barriers to weight loss and overall wellness, she helps individuals create lasting lifestyle changes that enhance both their physical health and mental well-being.
Because when you take care of your body, you take care of your mind—and true wellness starts from within.
