DELAYS

A shipment may be rerouted or delayed for weather or other reasons. This happens, and your medication will be just as effective. ILM does not refund orders for delays out of our control.

There are rare circumstances when you've received more medication than you've paid for. In these cases, we reserve the right to collect for the difference. This happens only when you order from Empower in 2.5mg and 7.5mg dosing. Note that if you order 7.5mg you are receiving 5 weeks of medication though our subscription is for 4 weeks. If you cancel prior to a second order, we have the right to recoup the cost of the extra week of medication.

We are a patient-centric company, and we pride ourselves as such. We will work with you when canceling to minimize costs if any associated with medication already shipped to you. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to make sure that you have a positive experience with us. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our refund and cancellation policy. We are here to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
